Vintage Reversible Raincoat in Blue and Black

This is a pretty cool vintage piece. Reversible to black or blue with a stand out collar. There is a strip of soft velcro along the shoulder seems. This was presumably for a removable hood that is no longer with the jacket. Could be cool to add a trim to scratchy side of velcro and decorate this one a bit more. In excellent vintage condition. No size tag but is easy to fit Small - Large.
